At Lift The Label, we want you to love what you order. If something's not quite right, we're here to help.
Return Policy
Change your mind or need a different size? No worries. We accept change of mind returns within 30 days of purchase date.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
Unworn, unwashed and unused
In original condition with all tags and labels attached
In original packaging where applicable
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Items that have been worn, washed or altered
- Items without tags or in non-resalable condition
- Items marked as "On Sale" or "Clearance", including any item listed under 'SALE' tab.
Important: Even though sale items are final sale, your rights under Australian Consumer Law still apply if an item is faulty, damaged or doesn't match the description.

Please include a note with your returned products explaining what you would like done.
You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or we made an error. We recommend using a tracked service as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
Once we receive and inspect your return we'll process your refund, exchange or store credit.
Refunds are processed within 3 business days of receiving your return. Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Exchanges are processed within 3 business days of receiving your items.
Exchanges are delivered to the original order address, unless otherwise requested.
